What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in SME loans, tele sales, or credit sales roles is an advantage
Excellent in both written and verbal communication in English and BM
Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Open to attending basic product or compliance training if required
Contract: 6 months (Renewable Contract)
Location: Menara Southpoint (On-site) Near LRT Abdullah Hukum
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
岗位职责
Contact customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to promote SME credit products (e.g. Loan for Seller, Quick Funds)
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, including cross-selling and upselling
Follow up with leads promptly to convert them into customers
Stay updated on product details, promotions, pricing, and financing regulations
Work closely with internal teams (BD, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth processes and good customer experience
Share feedback on customer responses, lead quality, and sales scripts to improve performance
Report sales performance and market feedback to the BD Lead and help improve sales strategies
