For the past 32 years, System Technic Engineering has been trusted for our high service quality and reliability, specialising in the areas of electrical licensing, and maintenance, servicing and testing of electrical installations, 22kV switchgears, transformers, power cables and low voltage switchboards.

We are looking for self-motivated, dynamic individual to join out growing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a reliable electrical utility network and sustainability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The role covers job and team management with hands-on site-work, including;

• Carrying out servicing, testing and maintenance of high-tension switchgear, transformers, low voltage switchboards and cables in accordance with operational and safety standards.

• Support engineering operations to ensure readiness and efficiency.

• Ensuring the clients’ administrative requirements

• Perform maintenance projects, including predictive maintenance work such as Partial Discharge (PD), Infrared (IR), Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA).

• Ensure works are completed as planned, meeting quality and safety objectives,

• Electrical licensing-related duties - perform inspection on client electrical installation, attend to emergency callouts to rectify electrical faults

• Managing and coordinating with clients on schedules, the scope of works and technical issue, when the needs arise.

• Timely preparation and completion of site work or project documentation such as method statements, work instructions, project report, service reports, test reports, and post service reports,

• Ensuring regulatory compliance such as bizSAFE regulation, Safe Work Procedures and ISO Quality Standards,

• Respond to and investigate all incidents and non-compliance issues and complete all appropriate paperwork and reporting

• Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as required in the course of work

Job Requirements

• Possess bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferably in Power.

• Mandarin speaking due to Mandarin Speaking clients

• Those with Diploma in Electrical Engineering are also welcome to apply

• Possess 2-3 years related hands-on working experiences in electrical switchboards servicing/testing would be an advantage

• Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills.

• Passionate about applying technical expertise and problem-solving skills in a dynamic engineering environment.

• Possess good leadership attributes, teamwork, good planning and organizing ability.

• Takes initiative for personal and professional development.

• Due to nature of the work responsibilities - able and willing to work on weekends, public holidays, overnight and odd hours.

• Entitled to 1.0 overtime pay for salary up to S$4500.
• 2 scheduled off day per week as planned by the company.
