Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to packing lists.

• Inspect products for quality before packing.

• Ensure products are securely packed to prevent damage during delivery.

• Print and attach shipping labels and required documentation.

• Prepare parcels for courier collection and shipment.

• Replenish packing materials and maintain sufficient stock.

• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing incoming inventory.

• Organize and maintain warehouse or storage areas.

• Perform stock counting and inventory checks when required.

• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.

• Keep the packing and storage areas clean, safe, and organized.

• Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines.

• Support other operational and warehouse duties as assigned

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Previous packing or warehouse experience is an advantage but not required.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Physically fit and able to lift and move cartons when required.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Responsible, punctual, and dependable.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
