Fresh graduates are welcome; 1+ year experience is an advantage.
Good communication skills (written & spoken).
岗位职责
We are seeking an Engineer Assistant with a passion for engineering to ensure exceptional customer service. This position requires the candidate be able to work night shifts.
Provide customer support through email and online platforms (basic technical inquiries, order status follow-up, issue clarification).
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely order delivery.
Handle after-sales questions, complaints, and track solutions.
Collect customer feedback and assist in improving service processes.
Work with the team to meet performance goals; able to accept day/night shift rotations.
