Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in souvenirs, corporate gifts, printing, promotional products, retail, or related industries.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience using CRM software is an advantage.

Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for client visits.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate, retail, tourism, education, and government sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Promote and sell the company's range of souvenirs, customized merchandise, promotional items, and corporate gifts.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations based on customer requirements.

Follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales.

Coordinate with the design, production, and operations teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Monitor customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in the CRM or sales system.

Attend exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to generate new leads.

Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
