Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and coordination skills.

Good time management and organizational abilities.

Able to work independently with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Assist the Production Manager in planning and scheduling production activities.

Support quality control processes and ensure products meet company standards.

Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and stock movement.

Prepare and update monthly stock reports.

Coordinate with the Marketing and Project teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Liaise with the Purchasing Department regarding overseas shipments and deliveries.

Assist in monitoring and maintaining production machinery and equipment.

Ensure workplace safety, health, and housekeeping standards are consistently followed.
