Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive sales, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, digital platforms, and consumer trends, with the ability to manage campaigns from planning to execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand Management

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Organize marketing events, product launches, exhibitions, and roadshows.
• Develop marketing materials and coordinate with external vendors and agencies.
• Build brand awareness through online and offline marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing

• Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor online marketplace performance and support e-commerce growth.
• Create engaging content to attract and retain customers.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

Market Research & Product Development

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends.
• Identify new business opportunities and recommend marketing strategies.
• Support new product development and product launches.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful campaign execution.

Sales & Inventory Support

• Monitor product inventory and promotional stock.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and program orders.
• Provide product information and support customers when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Food Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, and campaign management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Creative, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Willing to travel for marketing events, customer visits, or roadshows when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
