Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to manage customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, and coordinate sales operations. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, on-time delivery, and excellent customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales quotations, sales orders, and pro-forma invoices.
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth.

Customer Service

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate sample requests and customer requirements.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.

Order & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor delivery schedules and shipment status.
• Prepare and verify export documentation, including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, and other related documents.
• Coordinate local delivery arrangements and export shipments.

Sales Support

• Coordinate promotional activities and sales events.
• Prepare sales reports and support overall sales operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to support Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to travel for customer visits when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
