Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Introduce and recommend perfume products based on customers' preferences and needs.
• Explain product features, promotions, and ongoing offers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the booth/store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and marketing activities when required.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• A positive attitude with good communication skills.
• Passionate about sales and customer service.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior sales or retail experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
