Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Higher Secondary Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in spoken English and Mandarin. Ability to communicate in Cantonese or other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
Must possess a valid driving licence, own transport, and be willing to travel outstation when required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build good working relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels.
Self-motivated, responsible, disciplined, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must demonstrate a positive attitude, good common sense, and a willingness to learn.
Able to analyse situations, identify problems, and propose practical solutions.
Good negotiation and sales skills, with a results-driven mindset.
Basic computer literacy and the ability to prepare sales reports and presentations.
Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply. Relevant sales experience will be an added advantage.
岗位职责
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base and market coverage.
Promote and introduce the company’s products to customers, including new product launches and product updates.
Advise customers on suitable products based on their business needs and market requirements.
Carry out sales and marketing activities in accordance with the company’s marketing plans and sales strategies.
Work towards achieving the assigned sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators.
Plan, organise, and implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, product presentations, and customer visits.
Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and after-sales matters in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, customer feedback, and sales performance.
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, customer visit reports, market analysis, and other relevant reports required by management.
Maintain proper customer records and provide regular updates on sales activities and business opportunities.
Travel within the assigned territory and outstation as required.
Perform any other sales and marketing duties assigned by the management.
