任职资格

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience handling payroll and statutory compliance is an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations.

  • Familiar with EPF, PERKESO, EIS, PCB, and HRD Corp processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Experience using HRIS or payroll software is an advantage.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

岗位职责

  • Coordinate manpower requisitions, advertise job vacancies, screen resumes, arrange interviews, prepare employment offers and contracts, conduct onboarding and orientation.

  • Maintain employee personal files and HR records, update HR systems, prepare HR letters, and ensure proper filing and document control.

  • Prepare attendance, overtime, leave, and payroll information, verify attendance records, coordinate statutory deductions and employee benefits, and assist with payroll reconciliation.

  • Monitor attendance, absenteeism, lateness, overtime, and administer employee leave records.

  • Handle employee enquiries, assist with grievances and disciplinary matters, coordinate engagement activities, and support internal communication.

  • Identify training needs, coordinate training programmes, maintain training records, and prepare annual training plans and reports.

  • Coordinate probation, confirmation evaluations, annual performance appraisals, and monitor KPI documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, OSH requirements, company policies, and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

  • Handle statutory matters relating to EPF (KWSP), PERKESO (SOCSO), EIS, LHDN (PCB), HRD Corp, and foreign worker documentation where applicable.

  • Support company audits, prepare HR reports and manpower statistics, assist with company events, and perform other duties assigned by Management.
