• Experience is not compulsory, as training will be provided.

• Manufacturing or quality inspection experience will be an advantage.

• Careful, detail-oriented and sensitive to product differences and numerical information.

• Able to read basic English or Bahasa Malaysia.

• Willing to learn how to use measuring and inspection equipment.

• Able to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product appearance, dimensions and quality.

• Perform inspections according to drawings, samples and inspection standards.

• Use vernier calipers, thickness gauges, hardness testers and other measuring equipment.

• Conduct finished product and final outgoing inspections.

• Complete QC inspection records.

• Identify, label and segregate non-conforming products.

• Report quality issues to the supervisor immediately.

• Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the inspection area.

• Perform other quality inspection duties assigned by the supervisor.
