Job Description

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in HR or related field

1–3 years of experience

Familiar with Malaysia labor law

Good communication skills 

Able to multitask and work independently

Responsibilities

Manage recruitment process and onboarding

Handle employee records and HR documentation

Assist in payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)

Manage office administration and vendor coordination

Support daily HR & administrative operations
