Job Description

• Manage and supervise the accounting team, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets for clients.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their accounting needs.
• Conduct regular audits of client accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in tax planning and compliance for clients, ensuring timely filing of tax returns.
• Provide strategic financial advice to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and report findings to senior management.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff, promoting professional development and best practices.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
• Direct reporting to management

Job requirements:-

• Able to handle a full set of accounts (AP, AR, & GL)
• Min Degree in Accounting / ACCA
• Experience in Quickbook or Autocount software will be an advantage
• Possess prior audit experience will be an advantage
• Possess good communication, interpersonal skill, and administrative skills
• Good team player and positive attitude
• Fast learner
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field (Experienced with a full set of accounts)
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently
• Able to multitask
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
