• Recommend suitable jewellery based on customer needs and budget.

• Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Handle cashier and payment transactions accurately.

• Arrange and maintain jewellery displays.

• Keep showroom clean, organised and attractive.

• Assist with stock counting and inventory management.

• Support social media content creation when required.

• Follow company SOP and security procedures.

• Build long-term relationships with customers.
