Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Generate leads and approach potential clients
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Serve as the main point of contact for customer accounts
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Handle customer feedback, issues, and inquiries professionally
Account Management
Manage existing customer accounts and portfolios
Monitor account performance and sales growth
Follow up on renewals, payments, or ongoing projects
Upsell and cross-sell products or services
Coordination & Administration
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, finance, operations, and customer service
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates
Attend meetings, training, and industry events
Market & Industry Monitoring
Research market trends and competitor activities
Stay updated on company products and services
Recommend strategies to improve sales performance
