Prefer Skills：

·         Experience dealing with subcontractors and Main Contractor coordination

·         Strong discipline in execution, safety compliance, and progress monitoring

Requirements：

·         Certificate / Diploma in Construction or related field

·         Proven 3 years’ experience in construction site supervision

·         Able to read basic construction drawings and work instructions

·         Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

·         Good reporting and documentation skills

·         Familiar with site safety requirements and construction SOPs

·         Able to work independently while coordinating with site teams

·         Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.

·         Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Cantonese
