Requirements
薪资待遇： RM3,800 – RM4,500 + 每月KPI奖金最高RM300工作地点： NU KL Sentral入职日期： 2026年7月6日工作时间： 星期一至星期五, 9:00AM – 6:00PM / 10:00AM – 7:00PM（周末休息）
职位要求
- 拥有学士学位
- 具备 1–2 年寿险（Life Insurance）客服 / Contact Centre 工作经验
- 能流利使用中文（普通话）及英文（B2）
- 熟悉 CRM 系统及 Microsoft Office
- 具备良好的沟通、协调及解决问题能力
- 能适应快节奏的团队工作环境
Responsibilities
- 通过电话、在线聊天及电子邮件处理客户与代理商咨询
- 记录客户资料及沟通内容至 CRM 系统
- 跟进并解决客户问题，提供优质客户服务
- 与内部团队合作处理复杂个案，并适时升级问题
- 维护专业、耐心及以客户为中心的服务体验
