Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills, with the ability to identify quality talent.
Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Flexible work arrangement with the ability to manage your own schedule and deliver results.
Experience recruiting within the banking, financial services, or wealth management industry is an advantage.
岗位职责
Source and identify suitable candidates for the position through various recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall suitability for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and the hiring team.
Collect and submit candidates' updated CVs and contact details for further assessment.
