2. At least 1 year of experience as a Chef or Cook (fresh candidates with culinary skills are welcome to apply).

3. Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.

4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

6. Responsible, disciplined, and able to maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.

7. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.

1. Prepare and cook food according to the café's recipes and quality standards.

2. Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and food preparation areas.

4. Monitor food inventory and report stock shortages when necessary.

5. Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed.

6. Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth daily operations.

7. Assist in developing new menu items when required.
