Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn
• Experience in inventory management and logistics coordination is an advantage
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
• Basic accounting knowledge (AP, AR, invoicing, payment processing)
• Data entry and record-keeping accuracy
• Inventory and stock control management
• Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO), and Invoice processing
• Knowledge of logistics and order fulfillment processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, AutoCount, UBS)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills

• Knowledge of inventory reconciliation
• Experience handling courier arrangements and shipment tracking
• Understanding of procurement processes
• Experience maintaining proper documentation and filing systems
