Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Awareness of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Perform assigned field service jobs according to maintenance schedules, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction.

Conduct testing and equipment failure analysis to improve and stabilize equipment performance, including recommending parts when necessary.

Maintain service tools, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and service vehicles in compliance with EHS and 5S standards.

Participate in periodic service and safety training to stay updated on product knowledge and meet statutory requirements.

Carry out all field activities in accordance with EHS procedures and standards to achieve required safety compliance.
