Job Description

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • 处理行李维修客户（办理登机手续、评估、解释时间表和保修期）
  • 与客户关系管理（CRM）和维修团队协调
  • 指导客户取件（维修后检查清单）
  • 协助客户进行满意度调查
  • 进行基本技术检查（提供培训）
  • 支持销售团队完成推荐转化
  • 进行零售和客户关系管理（CRM）调查
