job_detail.requirement

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance , Human Resources or a related field.

  • Able to handle full-set accounts independently.

  • Experience in payroll processing and general HR administration.

  • Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB procedures.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

  • Manufacturing accounting or costing experience will be an advantage.

  • Careful, responsible and able to meet deadlines.

  • Able to complete monthly closing and required financial reports on time.

Account Responsibilities

  • Handle company accounts receivable and accounts payable.

  • Prepare invoices and maintain payment and receipt records.

  • Perform bank reconciliations and accounting data entry.

  • Maintain the General Ledger and complete monthly closing.

  • Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets and other financial reports.

  • Assist with SST, tax and audit documentation.

  • Handle manufacturing costing and inventory accounting.

  • Manage monthly and year-end closing activities.

  • Use AutoCount, SQL Accounting or other accounting systems.

  • Prepare financial and costing information for management.

Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll, overtime, allowances and deductions.

  • Handle statutory contributions and submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.

  • Maintain employee personal records, attendance, leave and payroll information.

  • Assist with job postings, interview arrangements and employee onboarding.

  • Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters and other basic HR documents.

  • Handle annual leave, medical leave and daily HR administrative matters.

  • Assist in maintaining company policies, employee handbook and HR records.

  • Support management in handling general employee matters.

  • Assist with employee resignation procedures and related documentation.

  • Ensure that accounting and HR information is properly maintained and kept confidential
