Job Summary

The Beverage Specialist / Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the beverage station, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the smooth daily operations of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and beverage equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage preparation area.
• Monitor beverage ingredients and supplies, and report low stock levels.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with general restaurant operations and perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in beverage preparation is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage equipment is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, reliable, and a team player.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
