Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in operating CNC Lathe

Candidates must possess at least a Vocational Certificate / Diploma

Candidates must have the ability to read blue print

Familiar with CNC Lathe operation programming

Experience in Mazak / Mori Seiki CNC Lathe is prefered

Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions

Install and align cutting tools

Load raw materials into the machine

Set tool offsets and work coordinates

Perform test runs before production

Operate CNC lathe machines safely and efficiently

Start, monitor, and stop machining cycles

Change tools as needed during production

Adjust machine settings to maintain quality

Monitor machine performance and identify issues
