Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in call centre, customer service, or quality assurance is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide objective evaluations
岗位职责
Monitor and evaluate call centre interactions (calls, chats, and emails) to ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and quality guidelines.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching recommendations to customer service agents to improve service quality and performance.
Analyze quality trends, prepare QA reports, and highlight improvement areas to support overall operational excellence.
Working hours:
8:00am - 6:00pm
Monday - Friday
*Note: Working hours are subject to change based on business and operational requirements
Remuneration package:
Basic: RM3,500 – RM4,200
Language allowance : RM 300
Attendance allowance: RM100
KPI allowance: up to RM500
Annual salary increment & performance bonus
External training will be provided and potential career progression opportunities
