Job Responsibilities:

• To promote and responsible for sales and marketing of the cold room business to potential clients.
• After sales service support to customer.
• Liaise with customer’s order management team on the order fulfillment and issues.
• Liaise with forwarders on local deliveries for import / export.
• Implement sales and business strategies to achieve sales target, and profit target.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the cold storage industry.
• To negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Track market trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the cold room or refrigerated goods industry.
• Strong understanding of cold storage operations and related market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales strategies.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
