Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, signage, or advertising.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable meeting clients and conducting site visits.

Possess own transport and a valid driving licence (preferred).

Able to take site measurements and understand installation requirements.

Good problem-solving and project coordination skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Positive attitude, responsible, and customer oriented.

Fresh graduates with confidence and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge in large format printing artwork setup

Attention to detail and good file organization

Able to work independently and as a team

Meet clients to understand their branding and design requirements.

Conduct site visits to take measurements, photos, and gather project information.

Prepare design concepts, mock-ups, and artwork presentations.

Coordinate with clients throughout the design, revision, production, and installation process.

Liaise with the production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare print-ready artwork and production files.

Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Attend onsite installations when necessary to ensure work meets client expectations.

Handle artwork revisions and maintain good relationships with clients.

Support the Sales team with visual presentations and project proposals.

Ensure all projects are delivered according to NexxG's quality standards

Follow up closely on the entire customer order process, from artwork checking and preparation to producing print-ready files for production.

Ensure artwork files are properly prepared and ready for printing according to production specifications.

Be flexible and adaptable to changes in project scope, design direction, or client feedback, and respond efficiently to revisions.
