Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in with relevant experience in data analysis and reporting, process management and business support.

• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage large volumes of data accurately.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI.

• Proactive, adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Generate daily reports on distribution activitiesandkey performance indicators.

• Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding performance, trends, and challenges.

• Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to support business decisions.

• Improve reporting processes and help streamline operational workflows.

• Coordinate and support business projects from planning through implementation.

• Work closely with internal departments, insurers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.

• Update and maintain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) records received from insurers.

• Maintain accurate records and databases.

• Support ad hoc assignments and operational activities as required.
