Employee Experience & Reception Services
Support new employee orientation, including workstation setup, site walkthrough,
amenities briefing, house rules, and safety orientation.
Serve as primary point of contact for employee requests, concerns, and
workplace-related inquiries.
Operate phone desk and manage daily reception and front-of-house services.
Greet visitors, guests, stakeholders, and vendors and provide refreshments as
required.
coordinate meeting room readiness, post-meeting checks, and digital signage
updates when required.
岗位职责
Financial & Procurement Administration
Raise purchase orders (PO), including ad-hoc items, and process goods receipt
and withholding tax as required.
Process invoices and submit documentation to FSC and Finance teams.
Manage non-PO invoice processing in Ariba for lease, utilities, courier, and
photocopier services.
Register new vendors and coordinate required documentation.
Monitor office-related operational expenditure and support budget control
activities.
