• Preferable beauty qualification in SKM / CIBTAC / CIDESCO or equivalent.

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English with students.

• Have 2 to 3 years of experience in both beauty and education industry.

• Good command in Mandarin, English (writing and communicating).

• Passionate in beauty, health and wellness industry and skills training.

• Willingly to undergo intensive in-house training for beauty skills and competency.

• Have deep passion in beauty and health knowledge and trends.

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Beauty Tutor to join our education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in beauty and aesthetic treatments, guiding students through theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical skills to prepare them for successful careers in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities / Job description:

• Perform all spectrum of Teaching & Learning as per assigned subjects and programs includes portfolio development and tutorial and examination papers development.

• Perform hands-on practical in relation to the subject / program given.

• Responsible for academic achievement of the students on the subject taught.

• Responsible for improvement or added value to improve academic standards as outlined by Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF).

• Implement and manage academic activities including planning for out of classroom activities.

• To conduct training and provide support to achieve company goals.

• To work closely with other education team members to define the learning objective, method and training materials.
