• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.

• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring excellent customer service.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service counter, and workstations.

• Assist with opening, closing, and daily outlet operations.

• Replenish stock and support the team to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Supervisor or Management.
