At least 1 year of experience in F&B in preferred.

Customer-oriented with a friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.

Physically fit and willing to stand for long hours and perform cleaning duties when required.

Willing to work on shift, weekends, and public holiday.

Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices is an added advantage.

Customer Service & Ordering: Greet customers, take orders accurately.

Food Service: Serve food and drinks, ensuring accuracy with orders and maintaining high-quality presentation

Cleaning & Sanitation: Clear dirty plates, cups, and cutlery from tables; wipe tables, chairs, and surrounding areas to prepare for the next customer.

Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with cleaning the food court area, such a sweeping, mopping, or managing waste bins.

Kitchen Support: Assist kitchen staff with food prep, packaging, and replenishing inventory.

Menu Knowledge: Maintain a good understanding of products to answer customer queries and recommendations.
