• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards, adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations
• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
• Collaborating with the Head Chef and other Chefs de Partie to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
• Supervising and training kitchen assistants to ensure they perform their duties to the required standard
• Monitoring stock levels and placing orders for necessary ingredients and equipment
• Ensuring all food wastage is minimised and that ingredients are used efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to any guest queries or requests
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Chef or Supervisor.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
