岗位职责

We are looking for a Finance Executive, AP Operations to support our day-to-day finance operations in a fast-paced Third Party Administrator (TPA) environment. The role focuses on accounts payable and payment operations, with opportunities to be involved in automation and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify vendor invoices, staff expense claims, and panel and non-panel claims.
  • Manage payment processing and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform vendor, intercompany and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor AP ageing and outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue items.
  • Liaise with vendors, internal teams and banks to resolve invoice and payment-related matters.
  • Support month-end closing activities, including accruals, journal adjustments and reconciliations.
  • Support AP automation, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance and consistency of AP processes and records.
  • Support annual audits and other finance-related activities as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations or a similar role.
  • Experience in high-volume invoice, claims or payment processing will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of AP processes, reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with financial systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as within a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
