- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI across paid ads and social media.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and clear action points.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to scale campaigns and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in gamingdigital marketing, including social media management.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram); TikTok Ads and Google Ads experience is a plus.
- Experience in planning and executing social media content (posts, stories, short videos) for brand pages.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment, managing multiple projects and tight timelines with minimal supervision.
- Able to communicate with clients in English & Mandarin (written and spoken).

Ads Execution & Optimization
- Plan, set up, and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google.
- Execute targeting strategies including audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and remarketing.
- Monitor daily ad performance and optimize for KPIs (CTR, CPA, CPC).
- Test creatives, formats, and placements to identify the best-performing combinations.
- Coordinate with designers to develop effective content (static posts, short videos) and ensure brand consistency.

Social Media Management
- Manage social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) for gaming brands.
- Plan and execute social media content, including daily posts, campaign posts and engagement activities.
- Monitor social media metrics (reach, engagement, followers, clicks) and provide optimization suggestions.

Budget & Performance Management
