Education:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management role.

• Proven track record managing multiple complex projects.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, budget, and timeline.

• Develop and maintain project plans, including defining project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.

• Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, equipment, and budget.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.

• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues.

• Track and report project metrics, including budget, schedule, and quality, to stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

• Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance project delivery efficiency.

• Available to travel and manage projects in multiple locations worldwide
