Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Mall Operations/Tenant Relations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of a leading retail mall. This role serves as the primary liaison between tenants and mall management, ensuring smooth operations, excellent tenant satisfaction, and compliance with operational standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with tenants and retail operators.
  • Attend to tenant enquiries, requests, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle tenant and customer complaints, investigate concerns, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
  • Conduct regular inspections of retail outlets and common areas to ensure compliance with tenancy agreements, mall regulations, and operational standards.
  • Monitor tenants' use of common areas, including corridors and promotional spaces.
  • Coordinate and manage tenants' delivery schedules through the loading bay to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with internal departments, including Housekeeping, Security, and Maintenance, to maintain a high standard of mall operations.
  • Escalate operational issues and non-compliance matters to management when necessary.
  • Prepare correspondence, notices, reports, and other documentation related to tenant operations.
  • Support mall events, promotional activities, and operational initiatives when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Property Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in shopping mall operations, property management, retail operations, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally and effectively.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel within the Kuala Lumpur area when required.
  • Willing to be based in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
