Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
2. Previous experience in contact centre or BPO is mandatory
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
4. Ability to read and write Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally through phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, and company policies.
3. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary
5. Follow company policies, security guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
6. Stay updated on product knowledge, system enhancements, and process changes.
