Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong administrative support to the HR Operations team
• Perform various operational tasks as guided such as e-filing, maintaining and clean-up of data and employee p-files.
• Validate and verify employee certification data according to vendor websites and current guidelines
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of onboarding tasks
• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
   

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma, preferably with an interest in HR
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling administrative tasks.
• Prior exposure or experience in HR is a plus.
• Availability for a 6-month internship is preferred.
