Minimum Diploma/ Advanced/ Degree holders or its equivalent

At least 2 year working experience in manufacturing environment

Good supervision and leadership skills

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Establishment of organizing, leading and controlling of all activities within the production function

Efficient collaboration and coordination a crossed all departments

Supervise overall production processes to ensure the KPI, capacity, quality. Efficiency & Productivity objectives are being achieved

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting in maintaining continuous operations

Monitor daily reporting, update and prepare reports, flow diagrams and charts on
