• Capable of performing a good team work culture and able to speak Mandarin fluently.

• Responsible for a wide range of laboratory activities including aspects of testing and quality control of finished products.

• Willing to take challenge in handling new project especially in carry out and understand the new project requirement.

• Take initiative on testing equipment required in test plan and schedule the testing in advance.

• Taking role as a leader in coordinate test works, work out failure analysis and CAPA.

• Creating new operation instruction for new machine/testing and provide guidance for technician on machine handling.
