Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, International Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Highly responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Good command of English. Mandarin is preferred, and Malay is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

岗位职责

YOMI is looking for a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Intern to support the Chairman in daily business operations.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to executive decision-making, business operations, corporate events, and international business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chairman with daily administrative and executive support.

  • Coordinate the Chairman's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.

  • Arrange transportation, accommodation, and logistics for business trips.

  • Welcome and coordinate the reception of business partners, clients, and VIP guests.

  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and basic reports.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth communication.

  • Assist in organizing business meetings, conferences, and corporate events.

  • Track follow-up tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned actions.

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Perform other duties assigned by the Chairman's Office.
