Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or above

• Proficient in English

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience

• Significant corporate purchasing experience

• Proven track record in sales closing and negotiation

• Consistent achievement of revenue and sales targets

• Strong ability to sell complex solutions and services

• Results-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated

• Resilient under pressure and able to handle rejection professionally

• Strong communication skills in English and Malay

• Excellent planning, organization, and account management skills

Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth by closing new and existing business opportunities

• Manage, develop, and expand key customer accounts

• Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal finalization

• Generate demand and sell complex or non-obvious solutions

• Influence client decisions through strategic recommendations and consultative selling

• Collaborate with internal teams to secure large or challenging deals

• Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary: RM 4,000.00

• KPI Incentive: RM 2,000.00 (Performance-Based)

• Travel Allowance: Up to RM 500 (Claim Basis)
