Physically fit and able to handle the demands of setting up and managing event equipment.

Oversee the setup, operation, and dismantling of inflatable attractions and event equipment.

Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are strictly followed during events.

Manage a team of operations staff by providing training and guidance.

Coordinate with event organizers and clients to meet operational requirements.

Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks on all inflatable structures and equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during events.

Manage inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring availability and proper storage.
