Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Junior role; candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply for the Senior role.
Experience in sales administration, customer service, showroom, or retail operations is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia; is an added advantage.
岗位职责
Handle quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and other sales administration tasks.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Support dealer enquiries, customer requests, and after-sales services.
Attend to walk-in customers, provide product recommendations, and conduct product demonstrations.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities to support showroom sales growth.
Ensure showroom displays and operations are well maintained to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Resolve customer and operational issues promptly and professionally.
Identify opportunities to improve work processes and operational efficiency.
Support management with daily operations and other assigned duties.
