Promach Pte Ltd is looking for a responsible, organized, and motivated Office Administrator to join our growing team. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative and office duties.
- Perform data entry, document filing, and record keeping.
- Attend to phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
- Prepare simple documents and reports using Microsoft Office.
- Assist with daily office operations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum N-Level / O-Level / NITEC / Diploma.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Responsible, organized, positive attitude, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior administrative experience will be an added advantage.

- Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work Week

- Salary: SGD 1,600 – SGD 2,500 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,500.00 per month
