Job Overview

We're looking for a proactive and creative person to manage our live hosts while supporting TikTok Ads performance. If you enjoy leading a team, creating engaging live content, and driving sales through TikTok, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Manage and support our Live Hosts during daily operations.
• Prepare live schedules and ensure smooth live sessions.
• Monitor TikTok Ads performance and suggest improvements.
• Train and coach Live Hosts on communication, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
• Create simple live scripts and content ideas together with the marketing team.
• Track team performance and prepare basic weekly/monthly reports.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Live Selling, E-commerce, Digital Marketing or related field.
• Experience leading a team is an added advantage.
• Familiar with TikTok Ads.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
