Requirements

  • 至少具备 SPM 学历

  • 欢迎 应届毕业生（公司提供培训）

  • 热爱销售，并以高收入为动力

  • 具备优秀的书面与口头沟通能力

  • 能与管理层及跨部门团队良好协作

  • 沟通能力强，具备说服力及解决问题能力

Responsibilities

  • 达成公司设定的销售目标

  • 管理和优化 Shopee、Lazada、TikTok Shop，并转化为 2KM Florist App 订单

  • 将 社交媒体（FB、IG、XHS） 评论与消息转化为订单

  • 跟进客户，确保对产品与服务的满意度

  • 通过 WhatsApp、电话及社交平台 及时为客户提供支持

  • 维护并更新客户信息至线上平台

  • 向客户传达最新促销及优惠信息

  • 将客户反馈整理并汇报给内部团队，持续改进
